Pls help.Got email to confirm my account after choosing to download trial version and that's all.Have had no luck finding my serial number that I need when installing.Basically going in circlesaround the website with no luck.

I received an email from Acronis stating that my True Image 2014 Trial Version, that the 5GB cloud space is now active and that I should confirm my online account and the according login data - but there is no serial number anywhere!
I have downloaded a trial of Acronis True Image 2014 and installed it apparently successful. But I don't know how to run the program on Windows XP SP3. After the install where is the exe program to run it? Do I have to be online to run it? I did not enter a serial number. The instructions said I don't need one for a trial version; however, in the Forum GroverH, 2014-02-15, writes to another trial user: "The serial number you need will be part of an email from Acronis." I also did not receive such an email.
I have downloaded the trial version, went to the get trial serial number, downloaded that file, put in my email, file downloaded and then just goes away without giving me any serial number. I have checked my email a hundred times, can you just give me one?
